Doc in Hezekiah tunnel

built around 700 BC by King Hezekiah this tunnel through solid rock brought water from the spring of Siloam into the fortified city of David (Jerusalem). Water still flows up to our knees as we make our way through the dark and somewhat claustrophobic tunnel. The length of three football fields this tunnel even by today's standards is an engineering marvel. Workman starting from opposite sides met in the middle.
